The 10% GoodWeave Donation Process
When your rug purchased is finalized, we will make a 10% of the sale donation to GoodWeave in your name. After receiving the donation, the charity will send you a thank you acknowledgement.
If you plan on keeping your rug, please let us know as soon as possible so we can make the charitable donation in your name. We will automatically make the donation to the charity if we have not been notified within the 14-day return period. Acknowledgement of your donation can only be made by email. If after 3 weeks of the rug sale becoming final, you have not received an email acknowledgement, please do not contact the charity, but please call or email us. It's our responsibility to complete the donation process on your behalf and we will gladly follow up. If you make a donation above and beyond your purchase donation, please let us know as well.
If you would like to opt out of listing your name on the donation list for the selected charity, please let us know and we will be happy to comply. We reserve the right to eliminate any name from the donation list for any reason at any time.
